With your membership, you get Pear'd with a dedicated handyperson who can visit your home up to two times in a membership month. Each visit is 1hr 45 min.


 

  • One - Home Service Expert (Handyperson) - As you get to know your handyperson, they are getting to know you, your home, and all of the imporatant details needed in order to keep your home healthy and running smooth. 
  • No per visit fee - All labor is included. 
  • Pear Employees - All handymen and women are employed by Pear. We do not outsource our skilled labor force to sub-contractors like some other online subscription services. We want to know that you're going to receive the best quality service. 
  • Pear App - Message, Schedule, and Coordinate with your Handyperson and Pear support team right through the app. You can also schedule to-dos and book appointments. 
  • Reliability - Don't rely on one-off handyman services that cost a fortune and hope that they show up. We'll be there as much or as little as you need us to be.  
  • Preventative Maintenance - As wer knocking off those to-dos for you. We'll be sure to keep your home happy and healthy by performing those routine maintenance tasks. 
  • Exclusive and Trusted Network - For bigger projects, In addition to our professional in-house team. You will also receive exclusive service, pricing, and a trusted network from our affiliate group of specialty service providers. Please note that specialists will require an estimate and will be additional to the monthly membership fees. All costs for specialty projects will be passed on to the customer.
  • Hassle Free-Guarantee - Since we are a start-up. We want to make sure that our customers become #1. If you have an issue with our service, please let us know and we will be sure to make it right.

  • Our plans Start at $295.00 (depending on location) per month for (4) hours of service and can be customized to fit you and your needs. Schedule a free-walk thru and we can look at optional service plans that may fit your needs.




Pears' handymen and women can complete most tasks outlined in our services section themselves.


When a bigger project does require a specialist, we’ll connect you to one of our exclusive in-network vendors and coordinate the process for you streamlining the process. These bigger project costs are passed to you the customer. 




Your home is your most valuable investment and there are routine tasks that need to be accomplished in order to maintain the most value in your home. Sometimes home-owners don't have the time, tools, or knowledge necessary to complete these tasks and maintain their home or would be more interested in doing something else besides changing the furnace filters and painting the bedroom. Thats okay!


Pear has the tools, knowledge, and specialized service team to perform these tasks for you. Once your home checkup is performed, we get to work for you by fixing all the items outlined on your customized home checklist.  


The difference between Pear and a handyman is that we are the TEAM you can trust and count on. Pear will assign you a personal home technician who will get to know you and your property and work with you through any items that may need addressed. 


While a handyman service can provide one-off repairs. A handyman service doesn't have the history or client relationship developed that Pear can provide. You also don't know who you will be working with, their background, or skill level needed to complete the task or project. Don't struggle with juggling contractors hoping to get a call back, and hoping the work will actually get completed.

We will apply $100 credit toward your next invoice for each new member that signs up! 


You can refer you friends, family, and neighbors in your Pear app. 


Your handyperson can pre-schedule visits with you during the introductory meet and greet. Depending on the plan you choose, you may see us a lot, or not. It' is up to you how much you need done and how often. We can adjust the frequency and durations as needed. You can also request more time and/or a backup tech on the app depending on the size of the project.  



Our most basic plans include 1h 45 minutes of service which includes 15 minutes for documentation. 


You'll meet one of our in-house home service experts who will go over your to-do lists and make recommendations where specialists are needed. Be sure to have a couple small items for the handyperson to do for you on the first visit. There is no obligation or payment required at your first visit. 


Once you see how valuable pear can be and you have completed your walk thru, the option is now yours to choose a plan that best fits your needs. Once your a member, you can download the app and start adding items to your to-do list for your handypersons'' next visit. 





If your project would require larger materials or parts outside of the basic parts needed for small daily tasks, you have the option of purchasing those yourself or having us research and purchase these on your behalf. If you choose the latter, we’ll add a nominal $10 shopping fee to cover the cost of researching and purchasing parts. This fee is fixed and charged per visit requiring parts (not per part). For parts valued at more than $100, we will also ask for approval prior to purchase. 





You will receive a personalized home plan designed by Pear. Well will include monthly items that most manufacturers and builders require to keep your home in good health and keep those unforeseen costly contractor bills at bay.  We will add those routine home item to-dos for you to make sure they're getting done in addition to the tasks you assign.  


Home Safety is paramount. Pearcan make recommendations on CO2 Detection, Smoke Alarm Testing, First Aid Kits, Window Locks, Deadbolt Locks, Handrails, Safety Latches, Security Alarms, Smart Outlets.


Ultimately, it is up to the Homeowner to decide how to approach their individual home-safety plans, Pearcan assist by installing and performing routine testing on certain equipment. 


Your health comes first. Each handyperson will have a mask and booties on-hand for every visit.

Memberships are based on an annual or 12 month plan and can be cancelled with a 90 days' notice without a penalty as part of our hassle-free guarantee.  Annual subscription Membership cancellations will be refunded based on the outstanding amounts of months owed or pro-rated based on the agreed upon monthly rate. We'll refund you your original yearly payment less the monthly rate for each month you've been a member or within the cancellation policy. Monthly payment membership cancellations will not be renewed for the upcoming month and will be cancelled based on the 90-day cancellation policy.  


Pear is fully Bonded and Insured. 


Pear memberships are good for 1 year. Depending on the plan you choose, you may find significant savings.
